I made two tries at this boat baking in a blinding summer sun. (There’s a pretty good post about these attempts, titled “Mustang,” on the ESSAYS section of this website.) This was the better of the two tries. I’ve had a lot of fun painting boats stuck on land this past year. Maybe next year I’ll try pictures of automobiles sinking in the river.
